Cleaning Professional – Part Time to Full Time

No Experience required, but must be trainable. Some experience in cleaning jobs where time management and attention to detail were used is helpful.

Job requirements:

  • Must have own and maintain a Cell Phone
  • This job requires full-time availability, with part-time hours to start
  • Must be able to arrive at jobs starting as early as 8AM. Work days can end as late as6PMon occasion, but not very often.
  • Minimal spoken English and comprehension is necessary and candidate must be willing to learn and grow
  • Must have a professional appearence and friendly attitude
  • Wear appropriate uniform and protective equipment
  • Follow cleaning techniques and checklists; work smarter not harder
  • Understand and adhere to safety procedures
  • Meet team members at pre-disclosed location at start of work day

Cleaning Professionals execute the core of our service in a way that is systematic by utilizing customized checklists.  Our system of cleaning has taken into consideration all the customers’ requests and lays them out in a way that ensures quality service with as few oversights as possible.  This is one of many reasons customers choose our service.

Cleaning Professionals are required to use time management and the tools and training they are given to assist other team members in the overall completion of tasks during each appointment while still maintaining quality.

All employees are responsible for arriving to work at the prescribed time each day, knowing full well that tardiness and absences from work will place hardship on fellow team members and disrupt customer cleaning schedules.

As a Cleaning Professional you will be expected to complete tasks given to you by your Team Leader. You will be required to identify potential problems and report them to the Team Leader. This means seeing a potential problem before they happen and avoiding it by communicating with others.

Cleaning Professionals must be comfortable with working in close quarters with other people, be able to stand for long periods of time and crouch as to look under furniture for dust bunnies, hair and other debris and moving small furniture as needed from time to time.

Team Leader – Part Time to Full Time (NO POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

  • This job requires full-time availability, with part-time hours to start
  • Must be able to arrive at jobs starting as early as 8AM. Work days can end as late as 6PMon occasion, but not very often.
  • Minimal spoken English and comprehension is necessary and candidate must be willing to learn and grow
  • Must have a professional appearence and friendly attitude
  • Wear appropriate uniform and protective equipment
  • Follow cleaning techniques and checklists; work smarter not harder
  • Understand and adhere to safety procedures as well as enforcing them with other team members
  • Meet team members at pre-disclosed location at start of work day

The Team Leader handles time management, quality control and sales opportunities. Examples would be monitoring the team’s quality on appointments by utilizing customized checklists and common sense, coordinating overall team efforts in order to keep employees on task and on schedule as well as communicate with other managers while keeping both the customer and management informed.

Communication is a vital part of our business and a Team Leader is required to have excellent communication and attention to detail.  A Team Leader must be able to not only practice good time management but also be willing to negotiate with customers for certain services and know how to take advantage of upselling opportunities.  Also, knowing the differences in services we offer and how they affect the customer as well as identifying customer needs and connecting them with appropriate services.

Team Leaders and all employees are depended upon to arrive at work at the prescribed time each day, knowing full well that tardiness and absences from work will place hardship on fellow team members and disrupt customer cleaning schedules.

Team Leaders also are responsible for transporting employees from a central location, to each appointment and back.  Team leaders are expected to use navigation with the latest smart phone technologies to optimize routes in order to avoid traffic as well as communicate progress to other managers.
