Restrictions:
$25 referral credit only applicable if referred customer's initial order totals at least $130, regardless of if they are repeat customer after. 

To qualify for $40 referral credit, referred customer must complete 3 consecutive cleanings if they sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. Referred customers that sign up for monthly service will not qualify for this discount, but the $25 discount instead. All credits are one time credits only.
