Balancing daily work demands with family obligations can often times be difficult to achieve. It is our desire to restore your peace of mind and help you recover hours of your valuable time by providing an effective, professional and thorough cleaning service for your home.
LP Green Clean offers a full range of services that are fully customizable for all types of homes and budgets and we are available for short or long term arrangements depending on your specific needs. Thorough and considerate, we will ensure that whatever your needs are that they are met and done with the utmost courtesy and care.
Included Services
Our goal is in alignment with yours: A clean home. We take a common sense approach and use a top-down, left to right method of cleaning to ensure a thorough job is done. Typically, our cleanings include 3 individuals and 4 on occasion depending on our schedule. These are typical things to be covered in one of our visits:
Kitchen
- Damp-wipe faces of all cabinetry and appliances
- Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, counter tops and sinks
- Clean INSIDE your fridge (as needed)
- Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs
- Damp-wipe eating area tables and chairs (bar stools too)
- Clean microwave inside and out, including turntable.
- Mop flooring in kitchen/dining area
Rooms
- Damp-Dust from high to low including tops of drapery and door moldings
- Damp-Dust blinds and ceiling fans and window sills and needed
- Damp-Dust light fixtures shelves and decor
- Condition wood furniture with non-petroleum based, natural dusting agent
- Remove cobwebs, high and low
- Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, area rugs and stairs
- Vacuum cloth furniture and under cushions as necessary
- Clean glass surfaces with non-toxic glass cleaner
- Make up or change linens (when requested)
- Empty all wastebaskets
Bathrooms
- Damp-dust window sills, light switches, tops of vanity, blinds and fixtures
- Clean shower walls, tubs, and sinks inside and out.
- Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base.
- Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile.
- Damp-wipe cabinet fronts
- Clean bathroom floors by hand
Rates for services
We urge you to have us do an in-home estimate to guarantee the best rate. Since we are a group of veteran professional in the cleaning industry, we know what is required to clean a home and because of that feel it is in the best interest of us and our customers to charge flat rate. Below you will find a table of examples of average rates you can expect to pay based on the size of your home on a standard bi-weekly schedule.

With all homes we recommend an on-site estimate for us to get a true idea of what your home requires (and so you can meet us in person!) For homes larger than 4k square feet we strongly recommend an in person estimate.
One-time Cleanings (events, Move in/out)
Occasionally, you may be in need of a temporary replacement for your current housekeeper, or just need a little help. We do one-time cleanings to help clean up after parties, move out service if you are moving, or we can pre-clean your new place before you move in.
Move out service requires meticulous effort because in most cases it is to aid in recovering a damage deposit. With our move-out service we:
- Attempt to remove stains from walls
- Leave surfaces, cabinets, counters and floors ready for next occupant
- Deep clean appliances
- Meticulously clean window sills, fixtures and baseboards
- Clean flooring several times (often by hand)
- Clean windows inside (and outside where able) for an additional charge
Move-in service is something a lot of our customers appreciate because we use green products to help remove any toxic chemicals that may have been used by another occupant to clean beforehand. We also go over the same list of things typical to move out service.

Window Cleaning starting at $60!
We offer deep discounts for window cleaning when coupled with our housekeeping services and all starting at just $60! When not coupled with our housekeeping services, most homes under 2000 Square Feet can be done for under $150. We'll even remove paint, tree sap, insects and other foreign objects to leave your windows their brightest.
