Team Lead

Compensation:
$400 to $600 a week, depending on availability and efficiency

This well-established company is looking for workers to join our Housekeeping team!

We’re looking for someone with open and flexible availability to work daytime shifts, within the hours of (8am -5:30pm). Ability to work Saturdays is required. Weekly compensation after initial training can be between $400-$600 with opportunity for more.
Perks include:
– Your own work vehicle, supplies paid for and support from our scheduling manager daily
– $30 a month Cell Phone allowance

– Bonuses paid based off of availability, quality and customer satisfaction

What will I be doing?

As a Team Lead you’ll be cleaning alongside your teammate but you’re also responsible for communicating with the customer, telling our office about customer needs, checking each appointment you serve for quality, satisfying customer requests, evaluating customer needs and suggesting solutions (with associated costs), all while continuing efforts to deliver outstanding customer service and time management.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Ensuring vehicle is clean and properly stocked with approved green cleaning supplies
  • Washing towels used for service appointments
  • Reviewing your schedule in advance and identifying any potential needs for the customer (and supplies required)
  • calculating route travel times and arriving at appointments on time
  • communicate with your teammate about scheduled homes and coordinate pickup/drop-off
  • …and of course, everything to do with cleaning!

Since our maid service in Los Angeles covers the majority of LA county, we also need our teams placed in areas where our customers are located. Otherwise, a worker in Hollywood will be driving to serve customers in Calabasas, and that just doesn’t make sense. We know traffic is a concern for all of this city’s citizens so keeping appointments as close as possible to our teams is optimal for both the customer and our teams. Our ideal candidate lives in or near any of the following areas:
  • Hollywood, Chinatown, Koreatown, mid-wilshire, Van Nuys, Sun Valley, Pacoima
As a Team Lead, you’ll be working with us as we build your route, starting with a few customers and adding more as we market our services and receive customer requests. However, we receive calls for same day service. That means that your advance availability is important for us to be able to give you new customers without interrupting your schedule or inconveniencing our customers. Aside from that, most of what we do is pretty flexible.
